Change reality & inspect uncertainty
Moving a hidden crate changes reality, not memory. Reveal it and observe again to correct the estimate. Memory confidence decays by observation cycle, not elapsed seconds.
How this world stays honest
Fact: Research has demonstrated action-conditioned prediction and robot planning, and vision-language-action policies on selected robotic tasks. These demonstrations do not establish universal robot capability.
Model: An isolated deterministic grid planner compares three candidate routes; a separate simplified gate can stop action. Observations, remembered positions and predicted trajectories are labelled separately.
Simulation: A browser-only warehouse with illustrative grid distances and ticks. Human motion uses a conservative crossing envelope. Friction is a simple movement mismatch, not a physics engine. Recovery explicitly represents operator intervention.
Limitations: This world is a simplified educational simulation. Real robots vary widely in sensors, models, controllers, safety systems and architectures. Neither prediction nor this gate guarantees safety. Not every robot uses a world model, memory or a VLA.
Educational context: Research demonstrated: selected robot prediction and VLA tasks. Industry direction: broader models, simulation and on-device computation. Infooo simulation: every warehouse state, prediction and action here is deterministic educational code, not real AI inference.

Intelligence is a loop with reality.
Physical AI, also called embodied AI, connects perception to action in a physical environment. Sensors provide partial observations. Sensor fusion and memory support an estimated state. A world model can predict possible consequences; a planner proposes actions, a safety layer can veto them, and a controller uses feedback to guide actuators.
Move the warehouse obstacle, hide or move the crate, disable sensors and compare reality with the robot’s belief. Inspect possible futures, then test what happens when a human enters, memory goes stale or the floor breaks the motion prediction. Keyboard-accessible buttons provide every environment change.
